It all started when Anastasia's friend made a devastating mistake in the Dutch real estate market. Like many expats, they didn't discover their crucial preferences and needs until after the purchase. Most realtors simply don't dive deep enough into these often hidden factors. The result? Depression and an expensive second relocation.
We believe nobody deserves such stress, especially expats making one of their biggest life decisions in a foreign country.
It all started when Anastasia was told by a friend she made a terrible mistake on the Dutch real estate market.
Because most realtors do not dive deep into the (often hidden) preferences and choices that are involved with a new home, her friend and her husband did not discuss a major decisive factor before buying a home.
This caused a year-long depression for Anastasia's friend, and they had to relocate and go through the process all over again.
It all started when Anastasia learned from a friend she had made a terrible mistake on the Dutch real estate market. Because most realtors do not dive deep into the (often hidden) preferences and choices that are involved with a new home, her friend and her husband did not discuss a major factor bef
